I have bought myself one of those exercise balls,not just anyone mind,its a Gunnar Peterson 'core secrets' ball as advertised on ITV2 by some gorgeous American girl called Brooke Burke (so American!)who swears by it,it actually arrived last week,just as I was packing to go away so I have only just got round to pumping it up!I had visions of me sitting on it watching tv which is,apparently exercise enough in itself,(the sitting still,not watching tv!) but I cant keep still on it so far!Also how big are you supposed to blow them up?I am scared that it will explode if I overdo it.

Brook is indeed gorgeous. she is HUGE in America, my neice advised me to have my hair dyed the same colour as Brook's....
I haven't got a clue who she is but she has the most amazing cheekbones as well as a todiefor figure.Bitch!Hey,I think dark hair would suit you!!
